i don't know if he could maintain the coy smile if he had just self-administered a dose of ocular spooge... as it is my understanding that manjuice tends to burn.
though maybe this guy blows loads of visine...
maybe he just donated his right eye to save the blind just before donating his sperm to the infertile. He obviously donated sperm last, thats why he is smiling.
